Kim is a Principal of Granite Escrow and Settlement Services as well as 5 Arch Code Compliance. Prior to 5 Arch, she was co-founder and President of Code Violation Services.
She began her career with 20 years within the Fidelity family of companies. Kim was awarded the Fidelity National Title Circle of Excellence award in recognition of her creation of their REO Division in 2002. In 2009 she was Vice President of Specialized Title Services, LLC at Specialized Loan Servicing. She has been an active member and speaker at REOMAC since 2005 and is also a member of NAHREP-LA, Florida Association of Code Enforcement, Asian Real Estate Association of America – Greater Los Angeles, The American Association of Code Enforcement, Women influencing Public Policy and the Code Enforcement Association of Texas. In 2010 Ms. Hartmann joined Women in Default Services and was a member of the education committee. Kim began her career in Title Insurance and Escrow in 1982 at Ticor Title while attending college in Riverside, California.
