Our Security & Privacy Measures
Granite Escrow houses all private client information in one of the most secure data centers in the world. We ensure all computers (including laptops, tablets, and desktops) are protected from intrusion by employing two-factor authentication and a secured Virtual Private Network (VPN). We also employ a 24/7 Cyber Security Operations Center and are one of the only escrow companies in the state to be using artificial intelligence (A.I.) to prevent cyber crime.

We are proud to be one of only a select few escrow companies in the country to hold and maintain the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) SSAE 18 SOC 1 Type 2, SOC 2 Type 2 & SOC 3 Attestation assuring our clients we comply with the highest standards in data security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality, privacy, and financial reporting.

To comply with the California Department of Financial Protection and Innovation (DFPI) and to ensure Granite Escrow maintains a safe and productive work environment, all employees must submit to fingerprinting and criminal background checks.
